Citizens Advice Bureau service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, on the following subjects: Debt, Housing, Employment, Welfare Benefits, Family and Personal Matters, Consumer Contracts, Legal Procedures, Education and Health.

Every Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity reliant on trained volunteers and funds to provide these vital services for local communities. The services are impartial. West Wiltshire District Council is doing all it can to help residents during the current economic downturn.
National charity Citizens Advice launched its first ever YouTube advice video for the Deaf Community.
Signed in British Sign Language (BSL) and with subtitles, by a
profoundly deaf CAB adviser Ernesto Bueno Del Carpio, the four minute
film is a basic introduction into what Citizens Advice does and how it
can help advise on debt or discrimination issues.
