A spokesperson for Wiltshire Citizens Advice said:

“We are delighted to be a part of the services on offer at the Library.

“In 2016 more than 200 people visited the CAB in Warminster for help with over 500 problems. However our offices are not always that easy for people to find.

“It makes sense, financially and in practice for us to be where people are.

“We already work in partnership with Wiltshire Council and other organisations, by co-locating our services within the library we hope more people will be able to access our services and get the support they need.

“The library will provide a central place in Warminster for our advice services and our offices in the library will offer a much nicer environment for staff, volunteers and clients.”

The CAB offices based in Central Car Park in Warminster will close on Tuesday 28 March 2017.

Wiltshire Citizens Advice will reopen on Tuesday 4 April 2017 in their new offices at the Library, Three Horseshoes Walk, Warminster BA12 9BT. They will be open on Tuesdays between 10am and 3pm.

Outside these hours people can get advice online at www.citizensadvice.org.uk or over the phone, by calling 03444 111 444. Phone lines are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
